CLUTCH PEDAL FREE PLAY
Depress clutch pedal by hand until resistance is felt. Measure distance between released clutch pedal height and point where resistance is felt.
Free play should be .20-.51" (5-13 mm).
If free play is not as specified, loosen equalizer bar-to-clutch release lever rod lock nut.
Turn equalizer bar-to-clutch release lever rod until specified free play is achieved.
Ensure disengagement height is correct when clutch pedal is fully depressed.
Minimum disengagement height is 1.5" (41 mm). Tighten equalizer bar-to-clutch release lever rod lock nut to 9-12 ft. lbs. (12-16 N.m).
