car engines turns over but want start,didnt hear fuel pump come on.so i checked fuses in engine compartment,and under dash,nothing was blown,replaced relay by fuel pump,still nothing,checked shut off switch,it was in not out,my next step i checked with my test light to see was any fire getting to pump and shut off switch in trunk,no power at all,and engine fan comes on when key is in run position,also took fuel pump out check it ,it did come on
