My alternator is not charging. I've been trying to figure this out for a month now. Paid for a new battery and a remanufactored alternator. The light indicator on the dashboard sometimes comes on. do I need to change the starter? i never changed the starter but once. runs great but soon as i cut it off i need a boost. What should I do? could it be the wires bad on the harness wire?

Hi:
Have the alt tested on the car at a nationally recognized parts store. They will most likely do it free. Let me know what you find. Also, make sure all grounds are clean and tight.

Let me know what you find.
