Shakes or Wobbles problem

im sorry for not donateing but i have spend lots of money on car part that are not really helping im trying to sort out a problem i have with my car which is to follow again sorry for not donating when i have the air flow plug in the car drop revs to 5-600 revs but when un pluged its 900-1000 revs iv replace the air flow and all pipes leading from it and air filter there was signs of oil in the filter bay not sure of that after all the changes its still the same what can i do
