On occasion, I can't shift into 2nd gear (up or downshifting). Get some grinding. All other gears work fine. 4th acted up once, but 2nd gear seems to be the problem. It doesn't do it all the time either. Could this be a bad clutch? Master cylinder and slave cylinder have been replaced.
