I hear a ticking noise from the passenger side. I've replaced the u spring on the front right caliper and it stopped for a few days and now it's back but the spring is still good

Does it happen all the time or just when turning? Also, does it change with the vehicle speed?

It gets louder the faster I go. I don't think it is the cv boot because it doesn't make that clunking noise when I turn. Should I check the rear brakes or do I not have any?

If it stopped when you replaced the brake parts and is making the same noise again, check to make sure everything is tight including the calipers.
