i was replacing my clutch when at the end of my job i put the batery terminals on the wrong ones after that i checked fuses i burnt the 100amp fuse in the engine compartment that said main on it after this my radio ceased to work when i turn my car on the numbers for the clock turn on but not the radio when i hit power for the radio the time goes away and it just sits there blank also my dome light doesnt work i was wondering if this was the cause of a burnt out relay or if not what it may be and where to find it

It sounds like the radio got fried before the fuse. You may want to remove the radio and have it checked at a stereo shop.
