Noises problem
1996 Ford Escort V8 Automatic

My car has been making a very annoying thunking sound when turning. I haven't noticed it making this noise when I am just driving in a straight line, but every time I turn no matter which direction I am turning it makes this noise. Can anyone please help me to find out what is wrong with my car?

is it a clunking or a clicking? Have you check the front end to see if anything is loose? Have checked cv joint boots to see if they are open?
