1995 Ford Escort don't start

I can kick start, runs great. New starter, starter bench tested. Good batery full charged, battery connetions good, when I turn key I hear a click thats all, fuel pump kicks on. Neutral Safety Switch seems to work. No drain on lights when I turn the key. Made sure all connetion is on starter, main wire plus the one to cylinoid. Well grounded. All fuses good.
