1995 Ford Escort Car is bucking at high speeds

I have a 95 ford escort, it seems to drrive fine until I get to 40 or higher, then it starts to "buck" or when I release my foot pedel from giving it gas the car bucks, its not backfiring, it just bucks, I have taken the ign coil to the autoparts store they tested it and says it fine.

Check the fuel pressure/throttle position and MAF sensors.
