in october 2009 my front right brake caliper locked on and cause the brakes to serously overheat. i replaced the caliper and other systems on that brake and all seemed fine even passed MOT with it. but recently the same problem happened with the brand new caliper. please tell me what is happening and weither it is worth repair and what it may cost to do.

what all was replaced? could be a collapsed brake line or faulty proportioning valve causing it to lock up.
