1995 Ford Escort Bolts that have been tightened too tight

On the TOP of the valve cover(Not the bolts around the sides) there are three bolts and the one all the way on the left was tightened too tight and will no longer tighten at all...Stripped out. How can I fix this...or can it be driven until I do?

its gonna have to be re tapped so you can screw it back in. but as to driving it? it may cause driveability and emission problems because its gonna cause a vacuum leak. your engine light will probably come on. just get it fixed asap. you should be alright
