1994 Ford Escort 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have no lights coming on in the instrument panel in the dash. I cannot find a fuse for it. I have found many fuses for things the car doesn't have. Where should I be looking?

if you have tail light then the fuse is OK
u need to remove the instrument panel and replace the light bulbs in the back of it
