1994 Ford Escort Two Wheel Drive Manual 50000 miles

i accidently poured about 500ml of water into the engine oil tank this morning. could anyone please tell me what to do.

change the oil and the filter. if you want then you can put new oil in it and run it for a little bit then drain taht too or use a engine flush product and put in fresh oil was it ran after you put the water in? if not then just drain the old oil and put new oil in
