1994 Ford Escort 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 120000 miles

I JUST HAD THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED IN MY ESCORT. WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK THE CRUISE CONTROL NO LONGER WORKED AND WHEN I TURN THE IGNITION OFF THE ENGINE CONTINUES TO RUN. COULD THESE PROBLEMS BE A RESULT OF THE TRANSMISSION BEING PUT BACK IN INCORRECTLY?

If non of the above was wrong before it was done, someone screwed up something...go back and let the shop fix the problem...
