When I reach 55 mph and even it out, the car wants to jerk and act like it is cutting out. We had a complete tune up done, replaced the IAC valve, fuel filter, and the air filter.

Check the spark plugs, sounds like you need new ones. Also, check the wires, distributer cap and distributer rotor. Replace if necessary.
