Hello,
The car runs ok and will cruise at 70 with no problem, the problem is it will idle at 400-500 or not at all (stalls)
while waiting at a traffic light to turn green and two footing it to keep it running, after a minute or so the engine will start running real rough as if on two cylinders, when I start to drive it runs fine.
Starting in the morning (cold) the IAC alows it to idles fast as it should til it warms up.
Things I've tried: vacuum hoses, all ok (very few) no EGR valve on car, TPS, MAP, ECM, cleaned throttle plate, I have vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator, when I remove vacuum line and drive it, it is the same, i don't have a pressure guage to see if there is a change in fuel pressure when I disconnect the vacuum line.

You may have a vacuum leak, get a can of spray gumout, spray the vac lines and maniflod area, when the idle changes, youve found the leak! You want the engine running and spray on the outside but do direct the stream onto the hoses, if it is a vacuum leak, the engine idle will change speed, then you have detected a leak, repair the vacuum leak and see how it runs! If that doesnt do it, you may need a new idle air control valve, it's bolted to the throttlebody
High(fast) idle during warm up is the PCM and the ECT sensor, IAC could be the problem!
