1993 Ford Escort How to troubleshoot engine cooling fan

How do I determine if a fuse or relay is faulty on the radiator cooling fan, or if the fan itself is bad? The car overheats, I can't locate any leaks, and the fan is not running when the engine is hot.

i'm having the exact same problem, have you tried changing out your thermostat, or the thermostat sensor?
i beleive to see if it's the fuse it is under the steering wheel, i can't seem to find it anywhere under the hood.
