I can't figure out how to remove headlight cove in order to change the light bulb. Any solutions?

You don't. From the backside of the headlight assembly, remove the wire harness. Locate the round trim ring around the headlight bulb. Twist it counterclockwise and remove the bulb from the housing/assembly.
