My right front headlight keeps burning out.

When the headlight goes out what does the bulb look like, is the glass usually blistered or broken, if so its been touched when installed cuasing the grease in the hands to cause the bulb to get hot in a certain area.

Or is the filimants just burn out and its white or black inside? That indicates a bad bulb or a surge in power, make sure the fuse is the proper size.

How longs it take to burn out?
