1993 Ford Escort clutch

The clutch is not disengaging when you push the pedal down the hydraulics seam to be working fine

Get a friend/family member and have them push the chutch repeatedly while you look in the engine on the drivers side. Watch for any moving parts, once you do check to see if it's still connected to the transmission. Then double check all your fluid levels. Let me know what you find.
