I need to manualy bypass the relay so the fan comes on when the car is running. There is a harness that has three wires going into the fan, help me identify what wire(s) I need to use, and where to route it. I am not sure what the going donation is so I hope I am not out of line..

Here is how it works. There is a relay that sends power to the high speed relay which sends power to the low speed relay and then to the fan. The light green wire with the black stripe is the one that sends power to the high speed relay. Hope this helps.

I think I am asking the question incorrectly, I need to have the fan run all the time the car is on. If I run a wire from one of one of the three that go into the fan, to the positive on the battery will that be ok??

First off I do not recomend do that. I recomend fixing the problem. If you don't mind me asking why do you need to bypass the relay's? What I would if you insist on doing this is buy a universal relay like Napa part number AR272 and then a toggle switch. Then I would wire the relay in and then use the toggle to power the relay that will turn on the fans. Here is how- First if you have A/C then find the light green wire with yellow stripe at the fan (with out a/c then the wire is yellow). Now put in the toggle and hook up switched power to it (power that is there when the key is on). Now from the toggle hook up to term 85 on the relay. Now supply fused power to term 30 (constant power). Now hood term 87 to the fan and ground term 86. Now this will allow the relay to carry the load and the fan will run when ever the key it on and the toggle it on. Refer to pic below. I know it shows headlight but put you fan in that place instead.

Its been in the shop a couplle of times, mech. had to elliminate the air cond. unit, and instructed me to leave the AV in the on position so it would stay on. That in turn died and now its over heating if I sit in traffic. So, I am open to replacing sensors or fuses but do not wish to go back to where I have been..What should I do next to get the fon running??

Ok removing the a/c unit will not affect how the fans work except that it wouldn't come on (constant) when you put it on defrost. So it you want check the coolant fan fuse 40amp in the fuse box under the hood. Then in the fuse box inside the car check the engine fuse 15amp. Let me know how that goes and we will look into the relay's from there if you like.
