1992 Ford Escort Fuel line maybe?

My car broke down last week and when I turn the key it turns and it clicks so I know there must be a spark but no fuel gets to my engine. I just changed the fuel filter in October and the Fuel pump thinking that was the problem. Is there any way it could be the fuel line?

Is it cranking over and will not start or just won't crank/nothing??
