1991 Ford Escort Engine/Radiator Leaks?

My car was sounding like a diesel and there was nothing wrong with the muffler/exhaust. Not sure if there was anything loose and knocking against something or what. Then my check coolant light came on so I went to Mister Lube for an oil change and they said they filled up the coolant and checked for leaks, they said there were minor engine leaks. So I don't know whether the problem is with my radiator or engine or what.

could be a leak at the exhaust manifold joint ..?
