1990 Ford Escort 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

my blower motor is not working i changed the blower moter, the wiring on the motor, the controls on the dash and the resistor after that it ran for like 30 seconds then stopped checked everything again even the fuses and still wont work?
