I get vibration and kind of a grinding noise when accelerating from stop position; sometimes will vibrate at idle. I recently had the timing belt replaced and the car has had this problem since.
Could this be a coincidence or could the timing belt have been improperly installed. The car was towed to the garage to be repaired, after it had broke down
and would not start. Could something have happened
when it was towed , and /or when car was removed from tow truck?

I would check motor mounts

and ask them to recheck the timing
as it may be off
