I have an old 1982 Ford escort 1.6GLE i have replaced the ignition module twice now but everytime i do i go for a drive and as soon as i get up to speed the module blows

Any Ideas????????????????????????

computer districutor coil harness between dist and module. one shorted wire will cause this check the harness carefully billymac
