I was driving on the highway today when, after slowing for traffic, I stepped on the gas again and my car had a pulsating/shaking feeling. When I took my foot off the gas it stopped, but when I tried to speed up again it did it again. It almost felt as if I had a flat tire, but when I got off the highway and slowed down there were no problems. When I got home I didn't have a flat. Any suggestions on what I should try before calling the dealer?

I have just under half a tank of gas and there was no check engine light. I even pressed the buttons that do an all systems check but they all said ok.

Sounded as you had a minor misfire on one of the cylinders
not enough to get check engine light on
if its very cold in your area try and use better gas on the next fill up
if still and did it need to have it scanned
good luck
