Transmission problem
2005 Ford Escape 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I was pulling out of a parking lot when my truck just stopped. I killed the engine and sarted it back up and it would move for a little bit and then slip out again. I did this over and over until I made it home. It"s like the transmission would slip in the middle of second gear. I would have to come to a stop and repeat the steps. If there is anything you can tell please do so.

HI there, apart from checking the oil level & condition, there is not that much you can do, this will need to be check over by a qualified trans specialist, you can try and do a diatonic scan as this may shed some light onto this problem, i do feel that it is an electrical problem with in the transmission, start here.
