We have a very smalll oil leak that has leaked on the garage floor only one time is there a brand of oil or an additive that might stop the leak. We are due for an oil change and it has been winter did the snow cause this or is it a problem? Thanks for your help.

since we dont know where the oil is coming from, I cant advise, but I do not recommend putting those kinds of items in a newer car, on a vehicle like yours y ou dont want to use band aids, we want to prevent the problem or fix the problem, if it was a 95 then I would say ok, see if you can get a flash light and find where its leaking from, mostlikely its from the valve cover or the oil filter, filter could have loosened overtime, let me know what you find
