my abs light came on on my dashboard and it is saying to service brake system. I have new brakes and rotors all the way around. The light doesn't come on evertime that I drive it, but almost everytime. Now when the light comes on, it says service brake system and service 4x4 system. My brakes seem to be working ok though. Is it safe to drive ? I am supposed to get it looked at thursday. Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem myself? We changed the brakes and rotors ourselves. Will that cause the light to come on? HELP!

Hard to say what you did? You may have damaged a sensor, or a reluctor, or not enough DOT3 brake fluid in the master, You did use DOT 3?
