2003 Ford Escape New battery in car

I just had my battery changed by AAA and now my remote to the alarm and my door locks does not work. Do I need to reset some kind of electrical switch?

There isn't a switch to reset. It may, however, have erased the keycode memory for the remotes. You should try to reprogram the computer for all the remotes.
