Hi shawnb3185. Welcome to the forum. It's time for a complete brake inspection. Not all pads have audible wear indicators, and you might not be able to see both the inner and outer pad unless you remove each wheel. It is also somewhat common for pads to wear unevenly. You might see a part that has some lining left, but typically the leading edge wears faster. The leading edge is the end of the lining the rotor contacts first. It is often hidden under the caliper. Instead of trying to see the linings, look for a band of rough area on the rotor surfaces.
