2002 Ford Escape Vibration

At 60 kph there's strange vibration, not from the steering, it seems to come from the front differential. Any ideas as to cause/ action to take? The vibe ceases at speeds over 70 kph.

Have you checked tire balance? Also, check to make sure there are no shifted belts or a bent rim.
