2002 Ford Escape Power Door Locks only work with key turned

2002 Ford Escape 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 85k miles

I'm partially overhauling my Escape after it was stored inside for 3 years. Currently the power door locks only work with the key turned, possible related problems is the radio doesn't work at all, nor do the interior lights. Checked the door lock, radio. And all related fuses in the kick panel, and the wiring seems to be in check.

Is there a battery direct power relay I need to check? Could it be a faulty ignition switch?
