Engine Performance problem
2002 Ford Escape 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello I have a ignition ligth on but the first tink i I can't read the code because when I plug in my OBD II this one is not comin on, even if I turn the key to on position or with the motor runing, coul you tell me if there is some fuse or something else was burning.

Check cigarette light fuse

Thanks, but I chek the fuse for the cigarrete light and that one is OK, what is the next step to resolve my trouble with the plug harnes on the car.

If cigarette lighter is working
they both on the same fuse
that leave you with wiring very highly uncommon unless was cut for an alarm installation or other….
When OBDII reader is plugged in it should be able to power up
