2002 Ford Escape manifold gaskets

51,000 MILES • 6 CYL • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

I am wondering if a blown gasket is a resonable occurence at 51000 miles or is this an ongoing problem with all ford escapes? Wondering if I should get rid of the car?

Its not a common problem wiht escapes, it is totally unpredictable for the time it fails at.

if there is a bad part in the material it will fail sooner.
