2002 Ford Escape Idles rough

The engine idles rough when you turn on the A/C. I have had codes in the past that said I had a multple cylinder misfire. I replaced all 6 plugs but I did not replace the coil paks. It seams to run fine until it get under the strain of the A/C. Any ideas what may be the cause?

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Does the engine run properly other than at an idle?
