More and more frequently I am able to switch gears, usually 3rd or 4th, but the transmission does not engage and when I push the accelerator it revs up but gives no power to the drivetrain. Then I will shift to a lower gear and it engages, then I can switch to the higher gear. What could cause this?

Hi
Clutch disc worn and slipping takes alot of grip in higher gears. Typical diagnosis slips in high gear.
Sorry time for a new clutch
Thanks for donate
