The left blinker light stays on when headlamps are turned on but do not work when the blinker switch is activated. The right works fine. Also when the headlamps are off and the left blinker is activated the instrument panel lights flashes along with the blinker but the exterior blinker, front and rear, operates normally. The fuse is okay and there are no other electrical problems
