2000 Ford Escape change fluids

Wife just had engine oil changed and was told that it was time to have the steering fluid changed. At what interval should any or all of the engine fluids be changed?

At no time should all fluids be changed at once. You usually dont change power steering fluid unless there is some kind of contamination or you change a steering part. Tell them dont worry about it. You'll have your son or somebody do it for you
