Per dealership shop diagnostics the turbo was bad and needed to be replaced. This plus throttle body cleaning and fuel injector cleaning was $2,900.00. So I proceeded to replace myself. New turbo with associated lines (oil and water) is installed. On just a quick test drive down the block still no power from the turbo, but I could here is spin up. Before there was no sound from the old turbo. I have already replaced the bypass vale solenoid. I can certainly clean the throttle body but I find it hard to believe that could be the issue. Hoses all look good. And I have tripled checked to make sure all lines are reconnected. Looking for guidance on where to check next.

Good afternoon.

Was there any codes related to this?

Did they go over basics such as filters?

I would first check the catalytic converter to see if it is clogged. That would give these results.

Did they check this?
