Pardon my language, but it is those dog-**** body mounts that Ford uses. I did this fix on my 82 van. I replaced the garbage 7/16 body bolts with 3/4 bolts. I made my own steel bushinds with suitable pip and large washers welded together.I reused the stock rubber mounts except under the foot-well where I used laminated conveyor belt stacked to @ the original upper mount thickness. I've had the back full of stones with nary a sway or waddle. Heavy duty leaf springs are better than stockers. I can carry well in excess of the GVWR and not wobble.
