2004 Ford E-Series Van vibration

Check out steering dampner see diagram. for fluid leaks. unbolt and check resistence should be quite stiff if not replace.

brillant deduction, e250 doesnot have sterring dampner, did i waste my donation?

Does the brake pedal pulsate when you apply the brakes during the vibration?How did you deduct it was the engine? If you hold the engine in a different gear, does it do the same thing at the same rpm? or does it have to be going 72+?

nothing from applying brakes, any speed you can feel it in the front end through the steering wheel, today after picking up van last nite it progressively gets worse fromm slow speed to high speed, not from drive shaft, wheels tires, ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks, ujoints, and egr valve all new, its driving me and my mechanic up a wall

I understand that you have had thetires balanced, but have you tried rotating them straight front to back? A tire that is seperating will still balance on a machine, but vibrate like mad when on the vehicle.Sounds like you have replaced just about the entire front end.if you are traveling at say 75 and put it in neutral does the vibration go away?

all brand new tires, road forced balanced rims and tires all excellent, tried rotating fronts to backs in order to put the best up front, feels like youare driving on cobblestone road, will try putting in neutral while going highway speeds, yesterday on freeway would start at getting worse at 65mph

there is no sterring dampner, if i need to send picture i will, tried putting in neutral several times and on different roads and and at different speeds and the vibration is still there, like i say, feels like riding on a cobblestone road, feels like steerring is loose, could it be steering box needs adjustment?
