2002 Ford E-Series Van Missing on #3 cylinder

I have noticed lately that when accelerating slowly I get hesitation.. Then yesterday the S.E.S. light came on and I took it to pepboys and the read the code.. That is how I know the #3 cylinder is not firing.. Next step would be???? Or do I need a mechanic???

Check sparkplug,compression and injector for that cylinder
