Is there a brake switch or relay that interupts the ignition switch if blown?

I mashed the pig tail of a trailer while backing into a driveway. I now have these symptoms:

I do not have brake lights, though the turn indicators work.

The van will not start. The ignition just clicks once. The starter motor does not turn.

I cannot move the shifter out of park with the igntion switch on. I have to turn the key off to get it into neutral.

Not sure if all wiring diagrams ae the same, didnt specify what E-series it is. In an E-250 check fuses 11, 6 in the under dash fuse block, they are for the shift-lock system and the brake lights, they work off the same switch on the brake pedal. I would check every fuse in the fuse blocks (under dash and under hood) with a test light to see if any others are blown from gounding out the light system

I guessed right. Nice. Im sure you just have a blown fuse somewhere, just be sure that the wiring at the rear isnt still pinched ot it will continue to blow fuses
