1999 Ford E-Series Van leaky oil dip stick tube

How can I stop oil from coming out of the dip stick tube, where the dipstick goes in the pan. Thanks

There is an o-ring at the end of the tube. Remove the tube, clean everything, and replace the o-ring. That should take care of the problem.
