1998 Ford E-Series Van Van cuts off while driving

It starts and idles good ,it runs good until im driving for about 15 to 20 min.
It cut's on and off ,I give gas and its not going anywhere cuts on an off.Sometime i punch it out it kicks down and its fine, sometimes i have to baby it then its ok for a while, It come and goes at random the van never stalled .When it happens it dont pick up speed.It dont last long just comes and goes i have replaced the fuel filter the plugs are 6 yrs old with 40k on them.

Try checking the fuel pressure/throttle position sensor and the MAP/MAF sensor-
