1998 Ford E-Series Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 98 ford e-250. i cant get the steering nuckle off..i have the caliper and rodor off but the lower ball joint is stuck and wont come out...my question is how do i get it out?!?!?!?
