1998 Ford E-Series Van

my van started smoking fromthe bottom and the hood area. when i popped the hood all the coolant wasgone and my heat wasnt working.what could be wrong with my van?is this a expensive fix?

you probably had a hose break. Either one of hte heater hoses or a radiator hose. look them all over for holel/cracks and replace it.
